The opinion of the Euro-Arab Center for Studies:
The scandal of U.S. spying on several countries has been embracing for the United States that needs recently its allies to confront global challenges.
Germany reacted severely after espionage has reached the phone of Chancellor Angela Merkel. the response of france was shy despite the fact that Washington spied 70,000,000 touch operation in France because Paris has as well a network of international spying and is involved not only spying on the world, but also on its own citizens in France.
It should be noted that recent espionage is not interested to know the secrets of a country like the era of the cold war, but to the industrial sector in the country. This is the real damage to some countries that take this into account after the agreement is resolved.
The only lesson to be learned from the American spying operation is that Washington does not trust anyone, and that her interest is on top of all other considerations, this is not only political pragmatism, but a way to benefit from opportunities of international relations
