We have recently seen the Minister’s efforts and directives in the Courts of Appeal after the completion of its project in the three stages, where the courts have been completed in pleading and auditing to include all judicial jurisdictions and activating the appeal by way of cassation before the Supreme Court on the judgments and decisions issued or upheld by the Courts of Appeal, which will accelerate the development and improvement of judicial rulings, the stability of judicial principles, excellence in the reasoning of judgments, and the development of the expertise of first-instance judges and the entire judicial system.

This developmental shift will contribute to achieving many goals that guarantee rights, accelerate litigation, and modernize judgments in line with the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and enhance aspirations to move to the highest levels of achievement for everyone associated with the judiciary, whether from opponents, lawyers, or judges in all areas of litigation and issued and final judgments, in addition to the reflection of this on employing the principles and regulations in a systematic, fair, and decisive manner.
