Decisions, Studies, and the Desired Professionalism

Government and official decisions usually take time to clarify their true features of benefit and utility and their reflections on the segments benefiting from these decisions. While every decision must go through several stages of studying it, evaluating its objectives, and monitoring its full repercussions and affairs, until it is issued. Therefore, the existence of these conditions is obligatory in the decisions that end with benefit, and the decisions are formed in sub-decisions from major decisions according to what the public interest requires and based on the feedback received regarding them, each according to the nature of the decision.

Multiple decisions in the recent period have been reflected on development in a noticeable and distinct way, and we have seen their positives clearly in the present of the homeland and we will reap their fruits in its future. While previous decisions are waiting to result in sub-decisions that serve the interest of the homeland and the citizen, the matter requires that there be in-depth studies by specialized study centers and concerned experts and professionals by virtue of specialization to study the societal and national phenomena for which different decisions have been issued because we are living in the era of renaissance, development, and renewal, and this requires subjecting decisions to studies, a field survey, a opinion poll, and documented statistics in order to measure the level of the decision’s impact and employ the planned goals through it.

For example, many decisions have been issued regarding unemployment and localization, and there are still problems related to this issue, which necessitates the existence of professional studies in this aspect to reach continuous solutions to address this phenomenon. The matter applies to the phenomena of domestic violence, school dropout, divorce, crime, medical errors, and others. Just as we have seen the amazing development in combating corruption and eradicating it, we look forward to studying other issues to reach the highest levels of quality in the inputs and outputs of development, and also in the development of man and place.
