Did the United States overcome the budgetary crisis?

The Euro-Arab Center for Studies brings up in his electronic campus www.ceea.com from 21 to 28/10/2013 a debate about: « Did the United States overcome the budgetary crisis?

49 participants from different nationalities from the Arab world and the West, and who belong to various social strata Contributed to this dialogue. As a result of opinions showed that there are several points of view can be referred to it as follows:

1-25 participants or 51.1% felt that the United States have not exceeded the budget crisis. They expect a new crisis at any time.
2-20 participants or 40.8% felt that the United States has exceeded the budget crisis.
3-4 participants or 8.1% believe that the crisis is formed between Republicans and the Obama administration to do new wars  for the benefit of the U.S. economy.

The opinion of the Euro-Arab Center for Studies:

President Barack Obama presented a new draft  on budget to the U.S. Congress in the field of health insurance, but Congress refused to approve the budget because of his reservations about the health plan while Obama insisted on the inclusion and not removing it from the project.
The result was to stop funding government agencies and 800,000 employees were jobless.
At the last moment, a temporary agreement was reached which means that the budget crisis could occur again because the united states insisted since the year 2008 on the outbreak of the crisis by finding  solutions as the crisis is structural and requires a new budget system because the latter shows the failure threshold when the debt reached $ 16 billion.
